I was getting really tired of keeping feeders, most end up dieing in the 10g feeder tank. Which is requiring more maintence than my main tank with dead fish stuck to the filter intakes etc etc. So I started only offering my pbass market shrimp, frozen krill and panfish worms. Well he was picky at first, but after 2 days he is takes the krill and worms without a problem, this is awesome! Now if I can get him onto pellets that fast I will be estatic.

If the fish is picky and wont take the pellets .. Find a high quality Stick . Cichla tend to take them quicker than pellets 
Nice! =) i got my like Orinos when they were about 1.5" on tiny pieces of chopped shrimp and they took it the first time they got to my house =) good luck getting them onto pellets...
That's good.A lot of times aquarists can't hold out long enough, and they give in and the fish never eats prepared food.

I've been lucky enough that every Pbass that I've had were pretty easy to train off of live food. My Perch on the other hand...

im lucky all my bass have been on pellets and frozen food since ive had them.
