Got My FIrst Pacman today :)

its a secret
well wnet looking around at the LPS trying to see if i could find a cheap pacman frog. well one place had one but they wanted 55 buxs, and i couldnt justify it, so i went to my other LPS and they didnt have anything. so as a last ditch effort went to Petco, and low and behold, they had 1 Pacman left. and he was only about 1" around or so. got him for about 25 bux. got his cage all set up with a undertank heater, and some of that coconut substate. seems to like it. his temp in his tank was 75* and humidity is 75%. i plan to mist him on a daily basis.

anything else you guys can give me for tips is apprecited.

Sounds like you are doing everything right.

Only advice I have is to keep your fingers away from his mouth. Don't know if it is that same for all pacmans, or if mine is just an *** but my goes for fingers all the time. If he gets me I have to pry him off or else he keeps trying to swallow my finger. He trys to get me through the tank aswell.

Oh also at that size I would feed him every day. As he gets bigger and older you can cut the feedings down.
 
so far he seems pretty nice, not wanting to eat yet but im sure thats due to the new suroundings... i wanted an albino pacman but they didnt have any..

Growth all depends on how it is kept, and how it is fed.

How many crickets you feed just depends on the size of the crickets. At that size you could give him like one large, a two or three mediums depending on the size, or quite a few small. It all really varies.
