Got my first RD... or is it a Midas? pix

Had a LFS hold a RD/Midas for me while my 120 cycled. He's currently in a 30gallon tank. Is he a RD or a Midas? He's about 4'' and already has a nice KOK. Here are the pix.

all red devils that you see in petstores usually have some midas in them somewhere :)
 
It looks like a RD/Midas cross.
 
Thanks... he's already eating dianichi and hikari cichlid gold. Has a small spot on one of his pectoral fins. Should I treat it now or give it a couple days to see if it goes away?
 
If it is just one spot I wouldn't treat with anything more than clean water and patience.
