My new odyssea filter arrived today. The fx5 clone. I'm a little upset about the hoses and clamps that came with the filter. The hoses won't fit on the filter and the clamps are way to big 
... It arrived about an hour before I have to go to work---so I don't have time to go to the hardware store for parts.. I'll have to go tomorrow...Disappointed that I couldn't try it out. The hoses looked really cheap anyway, but what can you expect for $60 shipped?

. I threw the crappy hose out. So the filter is up and running with no leaks. Super quiet with a ton of flow. For the money this was a great buy(even though I had to replace the hoses)!!!!!!!! For what it is --It was worth the $60 shipped...
Good to hear it's working good. I'll be trying the SunSun canister filter for my next planted tank.
