got my new ray! and he's on the cam!

So I picked up a motoro yesterday, and I he is on the aquarium cam.

Anywho so far I have gotten him to eat a nightcrawler, I believe he has eaten the ikrill I through in the tank this morning, and as well I think he sucked in a squid tentacle today.

Anyone have any luck ever getting their ray on pellets? If so I was thiking of getting a 5 lb. bucket of New Life Spectrum sinking wafers sometime.

Anywho just thought I'd share the news.

my rays eat occasional shrimp pellets, but I perfer to give them ghost shrimp and live black worms.

My humerosa totally jump on top of the pellets I'd throw in for my geophagus. HBH soft are their favorite.

Shrimp and earthworms are my primary foods. The pellets are just a bonus. Sort of like the geos stealing a worm every now and then.

my motoro LOVES hikari sinking carnivore pellets. he will eat these all day long if i kept throwing them in. i jus recently got him on shrimp too so he gets a mix of pellets n market shrimp alternating daily.

I might have to give those a try... but those are so doggon expensive if I remember correctly.

i paid 10 bux for the small lil bag of it or whatever, and its lasted since i got the motoro almost 2 months ago. and i still have half the bag left.

where do you get these pellets. do you order them online or at LFS?

i know petco has them, some stores do other then that I'd imagine, but online is probably the better/cheaper source
I repositioned the cam and bumped up the compression so the images are large/ images more clear! Should look a lot better now
