What filteration you running? I can see a Fluval + in there. Definately run another filter with it as we get a lot of complaints in the shop about the fluval + clogging easily and shutting down, which you dont wnat with a ray and ive found the same myself.

Id also remove the gourami. Theres always the risk of it pecking at the rays eyes.
