Just wanted to let everyone know I got my royal to eat frozen krill today. My plan was to feed him a small amount of bloodworms or nightcrawlers about once every 2 days. As I was feeding the small amount I would add the krill for the rest of my fish. My idea was to get his appetite wet with the food that he liked but not to give him enough to fill him. After he would eat the nightcrawlers or bloodworms he would go searching for somthing else and all he could find was krill. I would also like to add he ate in broad daylight which is even cooler. I have high hopes for this guy now. I hope this help some of you guys having a hard time getting them off of live food. I wonder if the karotin in the krill wil do anything for a knife fish? It does wonders for silver aro's really brings out the reds in the aro's.
