Got my tig to eat pellets!!!

Just got my 4" tig a week and a half ago. I had 200 guppies in the tank before i got him. Been feeding the guppies massivore. Had about 40 left in the tank this morning dropped in some massivore and my tig came out from under his log and eats the piece of massivore. I was shocked. Dropped 3 more pieces in and he woof them all down. That was so much easier then my cichla

Congratulations! My tig has grown a good 2 inches since I got it. He was on live, and had it eating filets after a week. I got him fattened up a little before I tried massivore and so far no luck. I skip one day a week feeding it, and then drop one pellet in. No luck so far. He is established enough I think I will try starving 2 days this week and try.
