Got myself a baby SAL!

I got it from TFD off Aquabid. It is so cute! Also so little, only about 4 inches long and really thin.

It's in a 20 gallon long for now, with some feeder guppies for company. The guppies were suppose to be food but the SAL is too small to eat them right now. So, I'm feeding blood worms and I saw the SAL take some of the flakes I feed the guppies.

I'll get a picture up when my DH brings the camera home from work tonight.

SAL will actually ignore feeders as they don't like to hunt. Feed it with any cut up meaty foods such as prwan, shrimps, squid etc etc. Right now blood worms is good.

Nice pick up! As King-eL said they won't eat the guppys. When mine was young I feed it bloodworms and brine shrimp. Once it gets a bit bigger try and introduce a meaty pellet into its diet.
