I got anywhere from 1 to 2 inch monthly growth up until around the 13 to 14 inch mark-Then slowed quite a bit from there..Many things to factor in this as well...
Lets say mine is near 3 foot and has a long ways to grow yet....
tiretreack like fire eels are the bigger ones. Reaching well over 2 feet and grow pretty quick. Mine loves hand fed blood worms, ghost shrimp, and guppies. Anything hand fed. Mine was puppy dog tame. They are usually always ready for a meal so a few small meals thourghout the day and u hav e ahappy eel

What happen to the pics?????
my first grew from around 6" to 2'4" in about a year and a half. thats about an inch and a half a month. Once you get around 20" or so they slow down
