Hi, here are a couple pics of the 13 fry i got today. They are alot smaller than i thought but healthy and color is good. Most have good stirpes, only one or two have any defects in the stripes (of course they appear to be the bluest too LOL) Here they are:

Also got this great looking black front today.I think its burundi or maybe mpimbwe, but cant tell , too dark to see its face markings lol

They are so cute when they are little. Congrats. Barney was 6" when I got him and he sometimes turns black like your little one. I will have to take pictures. Your guys look great. they re so much fun.

Thanks. I really like the little black one. Barney looks so good. I just love pics. Im not too good at taking them , have to take tons to get just a couple of good ones.

I know, hard to believe they will get so big LOL. I got a very good deal on them. (10 or less each) I had the space to grow them out so i figured why not.

Thanks alot. Here are a couple pics i took of them, i moved the black one from the qt tank and just put him in with the other batch of mpimbwe. I had so many brichadi fry, they have started hunting in the rock pile. Cool to watch. Like tiny versions of a deadly hunter. LOL.

Perfecting the ambush:

A nice side by side of the black and the mpimbwe fry for comparison:

They are doing really well, all ready looking healthy. Fat little bellies from the brichardi fry i think LOL. I noticed after i turned off the lights last night they went hog wild on the brichardi. I think i will only have the biggest brichardi fry left when all is said and done. I tried to get them out of the tank yesterday and could not catch the little buggers, tank is too big. I had busted my fry tank and had to put them in there right before the fronts arrived. Oh, well, can certainly breed more brichardi LOL. I added more rocks to the tank yesterday and took out the big plant in the center. they seem to like that better, more areas to claim now.

nice last pic :-)
love the fronts
