Got Some New fish!!!

Got these guys this weekend. They are a little skinny so Its time to fatten them up They are a haplochromis flameback and a haplochromis red fin obliquiden

awesome fish. and you just ID'd one of my fish for me (flameback). I had picked it up from a kid i work with and he wasn't sure the species.

Those names are wrong. A lot of vics are generically called flamebacks but true Haplochromis sp. "Flameback" doesn't have any vertical stripes and the color below the red isn't bright yellow... more of a blueish/aqua color.

The Haplochromis red fin Obliquiden name is wrong as well. This fish is incorrectly called Haplochromis obliquidens by most LFS but is really Haplochromis sp. "#44" thickskin.
