These are nothing special, but I haven't bought new fish in a full year, as of last week. So today when I had to drive out to the burbs for a car part I stopped in at a nearby fish store and left with 8 tiny new friends. Their adult stock was WAY overpriced (though I was still tempted to buy a nice adult pair of Altifrons, and they had two huge Leucosticta and a nice Heckelii in a not-for-sale show tanK) but these little ones were just a few bucks each. I have a pack of home-bred yellow labs in tap water so I figured I'd toss in some baby satanoperca and the first pair of cories I've gotten in nearly a decade. Now it's an interesting global growout.
