Started off with 2 p.bass from snookn one died so that left me with one, and the other day a member her made notice that a store had p.bass so i grabbed two more :headbang2 i was wondering what i should try feeding them they all go after blood worms but dont eat alot really. trying to stay away with feeders. or atleast till i set up some convicts or something.

go with the feeder guppies for size until about 6", then break em' off live. Bloodworms contain about 60 some percent moisture, not the best diet.

My 4"er's which eat the same as they did when they were 2" eat shrimp, bloodworms and massivore. Break up the massivore pellets in half.

Their coloration will really come out with the pellets. If they don't start eating the pellets start stuffing lil pieces of shrimp with lil pieces of pellets:D.

Don't bother with breeding feeders it's more of a hassel then it's worth, but thats just my opinion.

my 1 bass from snookn is still doing well. and one i bought the toher day is doing good he hasnt found a feeder his size yet. but the other one is looking very strange. dark. not eating. just kind of spinning now what can i do;[ i tryed putting a small minnow in his mouth but he just spit it back up.

Might have an internal perasite or something. Maybe too late for him. Keep an eye out for heavy breathing. Might want to try some coppersafe for a few days.

Post a thread in the freshwater diseases and see what others might think. Don't wait too long though.

That was fast. Sorry man.

I'd try to figure out what it was. Most likely it won't stop there.
np, i really think it was because of the whole transfer from petshop to my home. i think it didnt eat much and i put some parasite stuff in when i got them and today i guess he was just to weak. pet store wont have guppies till wed, gotta check big als tomorrow since the roseys i got seem to big for my small guy.
