It's good to be back!
I got sick of not having any South American cichlids (or really any fish for that matter) so last week I placed an order with wetspot and yesterday I got my 90 gallon running again. I decided to go with some of my old favorites as well as a few species I want to try out. Right now all of the fish are in a 20L until I'm confident that the tank has cycled. For the past year or so it has been home to a painted turtle which will be removed before the fish go in. Filtration is the same 20 gallon sump I had before along with a pvc contraption I rigged up with some pot scrubbies, filter floss, and purigen. In addition to this I placed a small Monstera deliciosa in the overflow after seeing the photo below.

I promise I will post pictures after I get some fish in there and I'm satisfied with the aquascape.
