Got These FREE Tanks today!!

hey everyone..well i was talking to an older gentleman at my work the other day and got on the topic of our 3 tanks setup at work (two 55s and a 125 in the middle). The guy said his son in laws best friend had some tanks sitting in his garage he wasnt using and offered to give away..The older man didnt have the time or space in his house so he asked me and of course i said YES!! today i went to pick them up and one is a 110 gallon (48x18x31) glass, and just tank, the other is a 240 (72x24x31) with tank stand canopy 3 light ballast and 3 400 watt metal halide (spelling) lamps under the canopy. over all i am very pleased with my free deal of a lifetime!!!

hey thanks guys...i am still shocked that these awesome tanks are in my posession!! as of now i have a 29 setup and had my 90 until today. the 110 is now up and running in place of the 90..i have to finish finishing my basement in order to put the 240 down there i dont trust my floor with that big ass tank in my room even with it running across the floor joist. as for stocking i have my 9 inch albino oscar, a 3 inch ebjd, 9 inch royal pleco, 10 inch eclipse catfish, 5 inch green phantom pleco. just little stuff for now..the 240 i would like to have my royal in it, i have a local buddy that breeds pbass that would be fun to grow out too.. i will be sure to keep you all updated with new stocking! oh and yeah both tanks are drilled with overflows. i have them all pluged up temporarly in order to figure out if i wanna go to a sump soon..for now my fx5 does the job!
