Hi guys, 4 days ago I found out my FH got white poop and after that my fish bacame so quite and so tressed not even moving a fin for like 2 days, he just stays in one corner of his tank. I treated him with Sterazin by Water Life for internal worms and exrternal parasites and other diseases during water change. after a day he started to come around, he started to swim again and i felt relieved... My problem now is the feeding, he still wont eat, maybe he's just starting to settle down.

can you guys answer some of my questions?

- What other medicine can I use for my flowerhorn to prevent future parasites in my tank? (we dont have Prazipros, Metros, Fembendezole, Jungle Parasites Clear Tabs or Praziquantel here in singapore).

- Where can I buy/order them?

- How can I make my FH to eat again after his parasite and internal worm treatment? (fish still wont eat).

u could try epson salt to help pass the parasite thats if u even have that over there...wish i could be more help but the meds u named i would have suggested...

hi im from singapore too. welcome to mfk!

firstly u can order those meds from ebay. i ordered the jungle internal med food from ebay.

then u can increase ur fh's appetite by feeding him papaya and increasing the water temp to about 30 which is the normal range for fh for higher metabolism.

last but not least, to prevent parasites, maintain good water parameters and u may want to try adding sufficient salt and ketapang leaves (mild antiseptic) when u change water.

Hey thanks nam! Thats the thing I was doing nowadays, adding salt to my old reserve waters before water change lol! I will sure try that papaya thing for his appetite, might as well do the same to my ZZ Red Dragon as well. My KML finally came around and started to eat, Thanks again!
