Got Worms.. Which kind and how to treat?

I have small white worms less than a cm long which squiggle like an eel.
Thin ink line for width

There's tons.
Nematodes?


I ask because im setting up a little plant tank and just want a quick wipe out.
Could ghost shrimp wipe it or only salt etc??

Could just be detritus worms which are harmless, the aquarium looks bare I would just empty the water out of the aquarium if your uncomfortable with them.
