So I've had this red dwarf gourami that is a has been with my tank for almost 6 months now. I got my bichir around the same time and they are best friends. The gourami only wants to eat when gary (my bichir) eats. Follows him everywhere. I've even seen them play with each other - they take turns following each other around the tank like tag. At night or random times throughout the day I catch sobe (the gourami) litterally laying sideways on top of gary and visa versa. Gary will be chillin' on the bottom and sobe could care less and just swims into him and takes a nap. Weird stuff - I hope gary doesn't one day decide his bff is dinner haha
