Gouramis question

If you haven't observed the Cichlid harassing the Gourami I will state the water change temperature caused Gourami to stress. I myself don't use a thermometer during water changes but get pretty close with touch of water removed and new water. I've been using this method for yrs lol.

I never had issue in the past with ich and water changes but that was with a 120 gallon and cichlids

This is a 75 gallon and I now have a blue gourami and some juvi CA's, a squeaker catfish, tin foil barb, red tail shark etc... I have no issues with fighting because they're all young and there's tons of hiding places (wood)
