This is absurd. Monster is a very common word & used in endless products across the globe. It is perfectly legal to use the word in the name of ANY company or product. They would have to own the word Monster & they don't.
This stuff gets me sick. If I owned a multi million $ company I would be embarrassed to sue someone over using a common word in their name.
I'm new here so I'll be reading everything to catch up. I will NEVER drink another Monster Energy Swill again. Til now I used to drink quite a few.
