GPH difference with needle wheel?

i am looking to purchase a pump on ebay but instead of the original impeller it has a needle wheel. how does that affect the gph rating? badly or barely? thank you

Needle wheel pumps produce lots of tiny bubbles. They are used primarily with protein skimmers or for misting CO2 in planted tanks.

that i know, what i want to know is the % gph loss with a needle wheel if there is any.
