Since I've gotten the little guy I've been feeding it frozen blood worms through a turkey baster type thing, and it's been gobbling it up since Friday. Well Saturday night and last night it has no interest in eating, even when dangling the worms right in front of it's face, kind of looks and swims off.

I also have been adding a few small snails into the tank, not sure if they are getting eaten or not since I just moved it into it's own tank yesterday to start the BW process.

Also an odd question, I noticed that at times it changes colors, what does this mean?

Same answer(s) as your other post "GPS color changes?" Check your water parameters; it's possible that you may have a nitrate issue. The color changes are due to stress.

I checked it lastnight and again this morning, Nitates, Nitrites and Ammonia are all at 0

tank must not be cycled if they are all 0.

tank must not be cycled if they are all 0.

X2, if the tank was cycled, then there should be at least some sort of reading, definitely not all 0...

How long has the tank been setup for now? or was something changed / cleaned recently?

I put my new gsp in an uncycled tank then added filer media from running tank and still had small ammonia spike less than .25 but the true telling factor has the nitrate it should be something in a cycled tank unless it's massively planted. Alot off tap water has nitrates in it, also ALL nitrate test are finky and must be shaken vigorously, and directions followed to the letter. If your using test strips throw them in the trash and buy a liquid test kit, a magic 8ball will give more accurate results then test strips.
