Grade and potential

This is my male rd fader. He is about 5-6". Just wanted to know what grade he is and if he has potential and worth growing out or selling

I do like the fish but I've got 4 flowerhorns an I need to sell some or all of them to create space for my other fishes.

Looks decent, i would give it a 5 or 6 out of 10, I would keep at least 1 fH.
