A grade or higher. I'm sure it would look even better under good lights and some grooming. I like it allot. What kind is it ?

nice fish like this should have a nice spaced tank otherwise would be waste of potential .specially that his only 4inch in size

If you are in the usa i would look online for a similar fish for less money.
But if you want it then grab it bcus it might not b there in the future

IMO, I would buy this guy with $120 Max. He got a nice double flowerline and an ok size of head for kamfa. But his tail is pointed downward and I bet his pearl's not that great bc with the flash his pearl still don't look that shinny. Anyway, for me $270 is not worth for this guy you should talk to the breeder to decrease his price down a bit. He's only 4 Inches, so there is still hope if you taking a good care and give a good size of tank for him. If you do buy good luck with him 
$200 for him is fair. If you buy that fish from Leeshop you have to pay shipping and it'll end up .. But I'd pay $150 max because i got other choices
