who cares
I decided to take some pictures of some of my cichlids since Im going to have to part with them soon. Sorry for the dirty glass after taking these I learned I definitely need to clean it more often. BTW if anyone is in the central Illinois area and wants any of the fish in the pictures you can have them. Im leaving for college soon and I would rather someone on here have them than taking them to a LFS. I'll be posting this in the buy/sell forum along with pics of other fish that I have to get rid off.

Male Grammode around 9-10" hes had some aggression with the carpintis so his fins aren't in the best of shape

All of them look good....love the Grammode, how would you rate the grammode as far as personality, interaction that sort of thing? What about the growth rate of the mini dovii?

The growth rate is ridiculously slow, like 1/4" a month. Mine seemed to grow in spurts, he would grow an inch or so very quickly then it seemed like he would stay at that size for months. As far as personality goes they are very shy and skittish when small but now mine is always out in the open and never hides. While they are known as being very aggressive I wouldn't describe it as aggressive in a traditional sense. When the tank lights were on he would be very passive, allowing other fish to bully him. This would continue for a few weeks then one morning I would turn on the lights and find the other fish ripped to shreds.
