I dont know how old she/he is,but it is an inch and a half big and hanging with some pretty big monsters in my 125 gal tank,his tankmates are a 7" Jag,a 3" Red Devil,a 4"-5" JD, and a 3"-4" Umbee plus 2, 2" Jewel cichlids and this lil killa is holding his own,DISCIPLE;4759045; said:SWEET MAN! unbelievable!!MY LIL GUY IS 4" AND HE FIGHTS JAGS 3XS HIS SZE REGULARLY. ALBEIT HE GETS HIS FINS NICKED AND SIDES SCRAPED FROM BEING A HARD@SS. Yeah Grammodes are mean but can have some nice colors on them. Grammodes are one of my favorites... Your Grammodes looks good 
I was hoping if i got him small and grew him out with his tank mates (21 clown loach to to 8") he might be ok. or am i being crazy? ideally i would like a 6" one but im guesing it would claim the entire 180g and bite everything to death. I hear they have sharp teeth and dont want loach bloodshed.
I dont find mine overly aggressive,but he will not tolerate any crap,as a matter of fact he hangs out with my 5"-6" Dovii.
