Grand sumo question!

I was told that I could feed a flowerhorn grand sumo growth enhancer(not the red one) and he would grow a big kok. My question is, if I feed a red devil the same formula would he develop a big noggin? Thanks

I think growth enhancers just mean: high protein, high fat diet.

You can try to feed you RD the food and see if his hump grows. It might grow some, but won't be exaggerated like the "man balls" on the top of a flowerhorn (that's genetics).

I'm wondering how this worked out for you... or anyone else who tried. I would like to achieve maximum coloration as opposed to a booty headed fish. Butt... I'd like that also.

i have used hikari gold for years and see a huge difference in color enhancement even in older fish i took in that looked crappy do not look like the same fish in 6 months !
