Grand Sumo Red or Ori

Hi everyone,

I'm new to this Grand Sumo product. Should i feed it with the Ori or Red?
Red can enhance color and Hump. The Ori also have the same function.

Which is better?

I think Ori is for Growth and Red is for coloration.

Really up to you I think.
I am currently feeding Hikari Cichlid Gold and Grand Sumo Red (got this recently) and ordered XO Humpy Head and Starry for my FH as mine has more blue/green colour.
If I see positive from the Grand Sumo brand I might try Original as well.

New to FH so might not be too helpful.
