so i just bought some never tried it only nls hikari and tetra pellets is what my cichlids eat since i got this rd though i said wth ill try it does it really work? for growth and the red colors? and whats the size pellet i just got a small 250gram container...im also thinking of mashing some of it with mysis shrimp hikari nls and the tetra pellets like i use to do it for my old jack dempseys years ago i know that poped out there colors!

It'll work for growth (no brainer, high in protein), will work for red color to a certain point, they're a small size pellet if comparing to hikari pellet sizing, about quarter of a size of nls's 6mm pellets.

Yeah.. They're overpriced. Don't worry, I fell for the fad when I first got into FH's. Quickly figured out that I was paying up the ass for crap food lol.
I agree with Water, its best to avoid Flowerhorn specific foods. I always recommend Hikari and New Life Spectrum. To see the best results you want to feed exclusively something.
