Wow congrats Miguel! What are your plans with the upcoming eggs? Are you going to hatch them? I just set up a 100 gallon stock tank for my Stinkpots and I gave them an egg laying area. I'm hoping for some eggs sometime in the near future.

WWWWWWWWWWWWWWOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWw Miguel You defenetly have babys on the making :headbang2:headbang2They are atached no doubt about that. Please dont waist this amazing chance to be a father to some baby salvinis:D IF you have ANY doubt or question regarding care of the pregnant female ,egg laying or incubation please ask now wille we still have some time for planing. For now let them stay thogether for a few more days just to ensure the eggs will be fertile. After that remuve the male, its presence with the pregnent female its higly unwanted. Its absolutley vital that arange some out of water egg laying area similar to what Vicious posted. I recomend that for the nest you mix sand and peat or plant based dirt in equal parts. The egg laying area needs to be at least 7 times the legth of the female and as deep as her legth. You need to build a incubator fast, we dont know how long the pregnacy will take but I assume it will be less than 2 moths. A thing that is bugging me now is that the incubation of salvini and triporcuatus eggs is a bit tricky, with pre-extipulated times at certain temps and humiditys withoutwich the eggs wont hach. I will serch that info for you and post it here as soon as I find it:D
