I am having some low ph issues which I have mentioned in other threads in general. My ? is can sedaments from bogwood settle in the gravel that would be hard to get out with just vaccuming? My other ? is will it be safe to take out some of the gravel and clean it in aquarium water without killing the bacteria? My thought is to take out part of the gravel at a time and rinse it outside of the aquarium to see if it will help get my ph back in order. Also can too much gravel cause a problem as well? What are your thoughts?gravel cleaning
