Can someone help me out. I want to take out my gravel and go bare bottom on my 100g. Should I take a little out at a time? Or has people taken it all out at one time and do a massive waterchange. Just asking because I don't want anything to spike.

Thank you!

Personally, I have gone bare(on 100gz) cold turkey with no ill affects....Do it....To be on the safe side, have some water testers ready....O yes, do a 50% water change....

I personally would do half one week then a week later the rest to be safe.....

what i did was siphon the gravel as much as possible then netted all of it out. I started without siphoning it thinking "ill net it all out with the poop and stuff" ha was i wrong the water was all murky :(

easiest way to take gravel out is with a large net

Yes, use a net, it's the easiest. I took all out without a problem but you should siphon gravel first to get it as clean as possible.
