Great news for the Madagascar Mangarahara Cichlid! This species was down to what was considered only three males and a world alarm was placed to locate a mate to start a breeding program for this species. Great news after about a year of searching more specimens (females) of this species have been found and a breeding program is to begin. Here is an article.
