He is a rare knife fish so everything he does i learn from him.. not from any books or any other informative source .. he is coming out of his shell..even with lights on now and i got these great pics of him resting near betta tank.. he is awesome!!:D
 
Awesome fish. I'm going to name it BB for short cuz I can barely read it's name let alone pronounce it lol. The first shot looks like there's a guppy hanging out his mouth
 
Nice knife fish. There are so many species of them, i lost count, and new ones are being discovered all the time.
 
Very cool Knife for sure.. First time I have seen a pic. Looks alot like some of the other macanas from SA, but the elongated tail and body shape is much different.

The best part Davo is that he survived... he is delicate and very small mouth.. he eats blood worms..wish i could vary his diet more but it it has to be teeny weeny..thanks
