I recently placed an order with Keystone Aquatics. I ordered 14 fish, which had to be shipped in 2 large boxes. Rob was very helpful, even gave me a phone call to let me know they had been shipped, and were on the way. The fish were packed well, but unfortunelty, one of the boxes had been treated kinda rough in transit, and some arrived DOA. Rob was great, and handled it promptly with no hassle. The fish he sent were really nice as well. I would highly recommend Rob to anyone looking to buy fish. He will go the extra mile to make sure you are happy with your order.
