They're looking really good bro those guys are full of attitude and personality. The red has some nice color goin keep the pics coming on both. So what do you think of them?

I just sent the last of my group to cichluvr who has another bloodline of the reds and will be breeding to get into circulation not sure when he'll have them ready for sale but keep on the look out for him guys
Nice pics. Are the reds and blues different subspecies? Can you breed reds and blues together and get a mix of red islantums and blue islantums, or would that be sort of a hybrid? I've kept and studied cichlids for decades, but some of this stuff confuses me. I know if you breed a pink convict to a striped one, you will get a batch that has some pinks and some striped. I was wonder if this was the case here.
