green phantom pleco

what kind of disease are green phantom plecos most vulnerable to? b/c at my lfs theres a green phantom pleco with big white bumps on its body, not ich, but solid non-cottony bumps. im thinkin bout picking it up for $25.

I dont know about the growths but why would you want to buy it like that?is it like a lot cheaper because its ill or ?
