So, I'm tired of looking at the white pvc spraybar in my tank since I have a green background to the tank. I'm trying to figure out what would be the easiest way to have a green spray bar instead. I either need to paint the bar, using Krylon Fusion I assume, or straight up replace it with some actual green pvc. I've been able to find a 1/2" green pvc bar online relatively cheap but I'm not sure where to get the cap fittings for the end of it in green. Does anybody know of a good place to buy green pvc parts for something like this? Or am I really better off just trying to sand the bar down and spray paint it with Fusion. What do you guys think?

I've had really good luck with krylon fusion. If you scuff the pvc up, clean it with some alcohol, you'll get excellent adhesion with a couple light coats. I had a standpipe painted with it that started to chip a little bit after a couple years... but I wasn't mad.

I like to use gray pvc for electrical conduit and paint that, then if the paint chips I've got dark gray showing through not some vibrant white.

My bristle nose plecos decided to chomp on the algae on a pump return and the paint got scuffed.

As for green pvc look at industrial air line pipe. Try grainger or some sort of industrial supply. I work in a factory and there is literally miles of green schedule 40 1" pvc carrying compressed air for equipment. It's similar to the plumbing stuff, just alot tougher

I've painted some PVC, tho I just went with black. I used Krylon Fusion, all I did was clean the pipe up a bit (sometimes they can be a bit greasy) and painted it on. It seems pretty well on there. Couple spots I've scratched it off on accident, but it holds very well overall I feel like.

Not sure where you were looking at PVC, but here is another option for you, though they do not have green fittings-

Thanks guys. I went ahead and ordered some Krylon Fusion since it seemed easier than finding green fittings. We'll see how it goes once it arrives in the mail.
