Green Scat Help!!

My Green Scat has these lil spots on his face and he isnt eating or swimming like he should be. Hes actually swimming like hes gonna die need advice fast.!!

Thats wut i was thinkin also. Hes swimming like hes gonna go any minute now I added salt and meds so hopefully he pulls thru..

yea looks like a fungus to me, increasing the salt should help as stated earlier. also get some spectrum Thera A fish food, it will help to keep your fish healthy and help them fight off illnesses. also if it is a fungus and you have other fish in your tank i would lover the temperature to keep it from spreading quickly. warm waters help disease and illness spread faster.

I'm sorry to hear of your loss.
Just to be proactive on other fish, can you post your water parameters? This could have been lymphocystis ( reportedly a common scat problem).

too bad, next time make sure ;
salt 1.004 or greater
ph 7.8-8
and hardness at the top of the range
