Hello, my Green Severum seems to be having issues , its been a couple days where he seems to always be at the bottom of the tank , not swimming much (almost like he is struggling to swim to the point where underneath him its pretty scratched up due to the sand) , hidding , he almost looks depressed but still eating but little not like before. I noticed today that he has a few (3-4) what look like "white heads"on his body..? He just doesnt seem like himself. What should I do? Quaratine but what meds would be best? He is pretty big around 8" , in a 75 gallon with only 2 Dojo Loach and lots of pest snails (ughh). Water parameter in check. Any help would be appreciated.

Please list your water parameters also a pic of the Green Severum will help greatly.
after some research that Ive done it seems like it might be Hole in the head followed by some fungus. What should I do? I have Metro+ never used it , just have it for emergencies.
