Green Spotted Puffer Care?

I KNOW THESE ARE NOT TRUE FRESHWATER FISH!!!

I was thinking about starting a marine Nano tank and was going to add one of these to it as the sole fish. I was wondering would it be ok to simply place it in there after drip acclimating it?

Also does ghost shrimp grind down its teeth?
