Green Spotted Puffer

I've been doing a lot of research about the green spotted puffer recently. I realize they are semi-difficult to take care of, but that does not deter my overwhelming desire to own one.

Anyway, apart from the more obvious aspects, is there any advice you guys wouldn't mind giving me on how to take care of my (future) puffer?
