I found my son's new GT on the floor behind his tank tonight. He just got it on friday night. It was barely still wet when I finally figured out where it was. I put it back in the tank and moved it back and forth. It was still breathing so I placed it on top of some drift wood. about 5 minutes later it started to swim again.
I have never had a fish jump out of the tank before. I moved every rock and peice of wood in that tank before it occured to me that it might have jumped out. Man I hope it makes it. This is the second green terror he was gotten.
He talked me into buying the first one for his little 46g bow front before the filter was completely cycled. So we put it in my 230. I knew it was a bad idea but was hoping we would get lucky and nothing would eat it. It lasted about 6 hours before my tsn found it. That was one expensive feeder. Thankfully my son thought it was really cool how fat the shovel nose was the next morning.
