Ok here's the deal. I got in the habit of feeding only Massivore tablets to my 7" Gt. I use to feed him a variety of food, but I got away from that (being lazy I guess). I think he finally got tired of only one food, so he's been tossing the tablet around in his mouth and then spitting it out. He's been growing great I must say. I got him at 1" and last month was his 1 year birthday. Anyway, I threw in a small feeder this past Saturday and the gold fish is still their. How long will he go without food and will he eventually eat it if he gets hungry enough? By the way, I use to have large danios in with him. Could this be the reason why he won't eat other fish? Thanks.

Give him some Brine shrimp, or go buy some ghost shrimp give him these to change up the food. Check your water parameters just to be sure.
