What would be suitable?
I will have a spare 10 and 5 possibly a 30 as well..
The 10 would be prefered.

The 30 will give them more room to grow....

The more room they have, the faster they will grow. I'd go with the 30g.

Use them all, they will have multiple batches, upgrade the fry accordingly, starting off in the 5g, moving up to the 10g than finally to the 30g to be sold to me!
