green terror help

I'm looking for any feedback on my 3 year old Green Terror. was eating blood worms and pellets. he was healthy and also a mate up until about 4 months ago, she ended up passing. since he has gone through spells of eating then not. the water is good, other fish show no sign of anything he looks to breathe hard these days. is he getting old?

at 3 i dont think so, my first gt was 9 yrs when he passed. what size is you tank? Maybe the other fish are stilling the food before he gets it. may give him more differant food other then blood worms and pellets (like shrimp, peas, krill ect)

The breathing hard got me wondering if the oxygen levels are low and/ or your water chem is out of wack. when u test your water do u use test strip or liquid? how old is it? out of date stuff well give u false reading also not shakeing very well will give u false reading.

It could be lack of oxygen in the tank.
