green terror info and a chichild id...

I rescued a couple of 3 cms chichlid fry frm a frnd's blown tank.....need their id {c pics}

and im planning on getting a couple of green terrors....i need some info on them..
1. i need a sexually mature pair to breed them,so how do i sex them? i dont wanna end up with 2 males or 2 females...and believe it or not the store owners have no idea how to sex them?
2. also if i need sexually mature couple what is the minimum size of the fish i should be having?
3. if i wanna create a hybrid then what are the possible species to breed with green terror?
4.how often do they spawn?

any other additional info would be appreciated

i thought so too...but the other one is loosing the stripes and becoming white looks like they were dyed

don't hybridize anything with a green terror, the result will not be as attractive. why not just breed GT's there is always demand for them

im not rele breeding/hybridizing anything for selling or stuff....im gonna keep them all and to c the results,even if not attractive,will be satisfying...
so any ideas?

I'm sure they're closely enough related to acaras to breed with them. other than that, I'm not sure. maybe a Texas or a JD? they might be too far geographically seperated to be able to breed, but I'm just trying to think of fish whose offspring with a GT would come out somewhat attractive..

Thats a convict for sure. I have some weird ones too. Mines have no stirpes just lack blotches like someone inked them with black ink.
