Any advice would be greatly appreciated I just bought 2 green terrors about 4 inches long about 4 days ago and they won’t eat at all I’ve tried multiple foods I also have noticed they have long white/clear poops but they look fine except they are not as active as another green terror I have in another tank

I had this happen with my silver saum female.
Her stringy white poor was brought on by stress and not eating. I used a microscope to check for parasites and found nothing.

If you can’t use a scope, it doesn’t hurt to offer epsom salt soaked foods.
I’ll feed and then leave the room and check back in half an hour or so to see if anything was eaten. Sometimes they just need privacy till they are more comfortable.

Is the tank empty or is there decor?

Well I’ve fed them and left them alone and they don’t touch a thing and there is a large Chinese dragon looking thing in the middle and all around the outside is clay pots and the tank also has gravel

You should buy distilled water, and mix 1/2 cup of the water with 3/4 teaspoon of epsom salt. Soak floating pellets or large freeze dried krill until it can no longer absorb anymore. Put it into the tank and leave the tank (make sure the tank light is off).

I’m gonna give that a try tonight when I’m home thank you
