green terror or jack dempsey?

soo i have 2 jack dempseys babys and they are hella aggressive, but are very very slkittish at the same time, wil dart against the glass when i come to feed, there is this smaller green terror 1.25" the jds are 1.5" the gt is pretty peaceful though rarely bothered my last .75" firemouth, while the jds even at this size attack any cichlid that swims near them, my concern is i have a 4" oscar and a 4.5" Severum in that 55 gallon tank and i want to decide which cichlid should i keep there as the 2(JD and GT dont get along) the jd is just as pretty as the GT but the GT has severely injured fins that havent grown back in MONTHS now, i am sending one back but im still not sure which 1, the GT is peaceful/outgoing but has ripped off fins, the JD is meaner and skittish, no ripped fins but when it grows im sure is going to pwn the oscar and severum in a second as they are peaceful cichlids.. i succesfully have kept a 4" GT wit my 4" Severum with no problems last year and the JDs they have in my store are all more territorial than gts, but is pretty hard to choose as this GT is beat up and cant even heal
